Jeff Streader’s 25-year career in the apparel industry has included roles in sales, product development, sourcing, management and technology for some of the industry’s most prominent companies.
He started his career with Oxford Industries in 1981, where he worked for 18 years in New York in various organizational capacities. He was instrumental in the growth of Oxford’s supply chain in Asia.
In June 1999, Jeff joined Fasturn, a Los Angeles-based software company that developed a platform to address inefficiencies in the apparel industry. The vision of this web-based product, lead the way for many of the collaborative applications available in the market today.
In January 2002, he joined VF Corporation as the Vice President of Sourcing at VF Imagewear in Nashville. At VF, he developed and executed the sourcing strategy for worldwide production for the VF Imagewear divisions; growing their supply chain into a premier network of global vendors in Asia, Africa, the Middle East as well as in Central America.
In 2006, Jeff returned to New York with Kellwood Company as the President of Kellwood Global, the new corporate supply chain division, where he was responsible for providing the leadership and structure for Kellwood’s sourcing, quality, logistics, distribution, trade and social compliance programs worldwide. As of late 2008, Jeff is Senior Vice President of Global Sourcing, Guess?, Inc.
Jeff holds a Degree in Business Administration from Richard Stockton College in New Jersey.
