Mark S. Jaeger is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Jockey International, Inc. Jockey apparel products are sold in more than 120 countries. Jockey has been privately held since 1876, and its headquarters is in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Mr. Jaeger is responsible for legal, risk management, customs, and supplier compliance functions at Jockey. He also contributes to the development of Jockey’s trade strategies.

Mr. Jaeger is past chair of the American Apparel and Footwear Association’s Government Relations Committee and he is a member of the Industry Trade Advisory Committee (ITAC 13). He is also a liaison for the presidential Advisory Committee for Trade Policy and Negotiations (ACTPN).

Mr. Jaeger has been chairman of the WRAP Industry Advisory Group and participated in the committee that formed WRAP in 1997. He is also past chairman of the Kenosha Area Business Alliance (“KABA”). KABA is a not-for-profit economic development agency serving Kenosha County, Wisconsin.

Mr. Jaeger has testified before a Senate Foreign Relations Subcommittee on Caribbean trade and he speaks periodically on the subjects of trade and compliance.

Mr. Jaeger has a B.B.A. degree in economics, with honors, from the University of Iowa, and he has a law degree from Southern Illinois University. He has been employed by Jockey for the past 14 years.
