WRAP Sponsors Inter-American Conference on Corporate Social Responsibility WRAP will sponsor the Sixth Inter-American Conference on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), which will be held in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia on December 4-5, 2008. Organized by the Multilateral Investment Fund and the National Association of Colombia ANDI, the conference is to bring together the private sector, government and civil society organizations, interested in promoting CSR in the region to facilitate the exchange of experiences in the implementation of socially and environmentally responsible practices. This year’s conference is focused on inclusive business. Topics will include poverty solutions through business innovation, provision and access to basic products and services for BoP market, management tools and social entrepreneurship models as well as Results and Strategy Communications, challenges and opportunities from several economic sector standpoints, and experiences from other regions of the world. WRAP’s Director of Field Operations Mr. Ivan Viera will attend the conference.
